INSTITUTION is a collective of Winnipeg-based promoters, working in association with MEMETIC, to connect people through electronic music. Their mission is to promote the Winnipeg underground scene, to support Canadian-based producers, DJs, labels, and promoters, and to connect with the international progressive community.
INSTITUTION runs special events in Winnipeg, featuring extended sets from an out of town headliner with support from local talent. Through social media, they are a hub of information for news and events pertaining to the local, domestic and international electronic music community.
